In addition to custom projects, we also develop our own electronic systems and technologies. These arise from our technical know-how, our experience in various industries, and our commitment to implementing complex requirements precisely and reliably.
Over the years, various solutions have emerged - including high-voltage laboratory power supplies, PWM-based power electronics, and electronic ballasts for operating UV lamps.

High-voltage laboratory power supplies

We develop and manufacture Custom high voltage laboratory power supplies and Test systems for the manufacturing of traveling wave tubes (TWTs). These are used in the GHz range for amplifying weak microwave signals. They are primarily integrated into power amplifiers for data transmission, which are needed in satellite communication and in civil/military radar equipment, for example in airports, aircraft, missiles, and ships.

PWM power electronics

Our PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) power electronics enable Highly dynamic control of lamps in rapid heating systems, as they are used in the semiconductor industry.
Through the targeted use of this technology, light sources can be controlled with extreme precision in their intensity, allowing for exact thermal process control ensured is crucial. This is particularly important for temperature-sensitive processes in semiconductor manufacturing.

Our electronic ballast (EVG) has been specifically developed for the reliable operation of UV lamps, ensuring stable and efficient power regulation. It is used in demanding technical processes, particularly in Water treatment as with the UV-based coating curing.
