Development
You do not need a finished specification sheet. Just one task.
Whether you come with an idea, a specification sheet, or a legacy device: we evaluate the feasibility, identify the challenges, and develop circuit diagrams, layouts, software, hardware, and mechanics up to the production-ready stage.
ENTRANCE
Three starting points
These three situations cover almost all requests that reach us.
INITIAL SITUATION 01
You have a request
The function is clear, the path to get there is not yet. We will create the specifications document together with you and identify the technical risks before any effort arises.
INITIAL SITUATION 02
You have a specification sheet
We evaluate it technically and in terms of schedule, point out items that could become expensive in manufacturing, and suggest alternatives where it makes sense.
INITIAL SITUATION 03
You have an old appliance
Components are obsolete or the assembly is failing. We develop a functionally and mechanically compatible successor.
Fields of work
What we develop for you
Functional specifications
Before the first drawing, there is a specifications document that formulates your requirements in a verifiable way. It later serves as the basis for acceptance testing and inspection.
Analog electronics
Data acquisition from extremely small currents up to high voltages, with high accuracy requirements. This includes the insulation concept, reference stability, and temperature behavior – not just the circuit itself
Digital electronics
Digital controllers with microcontrollers, signal processors, CPLDs, and FPGAs. From simple sequence control to fast closed-loop control with real-time signal processing
Power electronics
Power supplies and power units, power controls based on the PWM principle, pulsed current sources and electronic ballasts.
Software
Signal processing on signal processors, firmware for microprocessors, programmable logic, and PC applications with which your operator will actually use the system later.
EMV
Analog, digital and power sections in a tight space with minimal crosstalk. We advise on new developments, design devices to be EMC-compliant and optimize existing devices that have failed testing.
TOOLS
What we work with
If your project specifies a particular platform, we will clarify in advance whether it fits our toolkit.
PLATFORMS AND RESULTS
| Microcontroller | ATMEL EVR, ARM |
| Signal processors | Texas Instruments DSP |
| Programmable logic | FPGA, CPLD |
| Documentation | functional specification, circuit diagram, test certificate |
| manufacturing data | Layout, bill of materials |
| Mechanic | Construction designations |
| Exam | Inspection plan and inspection equipment |
PROCEDURE
This is how a project works with us
Five steps from the first call to series production. You have the same throughout
Contact person.
Step 1
Understand the task
We clarify requirements, framework conditions and objectives – technically and economically
Step 2
Develop a solution
We develop a suitable electronics solution and coordinate it closely with you.
Step 3
Prototype & Testing
We are building initial systems, testing the functions, and optimizing them for series production.
Step 4
Manufacturing
From single parts to small series, we manufacture and inspect directly in-house.
Step 5
long-term service
Even after delivery, we remain your point of contact for repairs, modifications, and further developments.
CONTACT
Let's gladly clarify the feasibility
A short phone call or online meeting often saves weeks. If you have documents, please feel free to send them in advance.
