Prototypes

Prototype construction according to your specifications/data sheets
Assembly of a prototype developed in-house

Device Engineering

Assembly and wiring of custom low and high voltage power supplies
Construction of electronic test systems and special equipment/systems
Testing with product-specific test systems

Circuit board assembly

SMD assembly (all common package types from 01005 to µBGA on the latest generation of production facilities)
THD assembly (all wired components by hand)
Testing with product-specific test systems

Further processing steps

Process-controlled cleaning of your assemblies in the cleaning machine
Potting with one- and two-component casting resins
Diverse coatings according to customer specifications
Automatic line tester for up to 256 signals

Exam

Optical and functional testing in our own laboratory
Development of an in-house test plan and test equipment, if desired
