Development, prototyping, series production, assembly testing, and service are carried out entirely in-house. This structure enables close integration of all process steps and continuous quality control from the initial circuit to the finished system.
01 – DEVELOPMENT
Electronics for requirements, that do not exist ready-made.
Analog, digital, power. Schematic, layout, firmware, and mechanics are created under the same roof where manufacturing later takes place — meaning manufacturability is incorporated into the circuit design right from the start.
02 – MANUFACTURING
Assembled, tested, documented – From a quantity of one.
SMD from 01005 to µBGA, THT components by hand. Cleaning, potting and coating, testing in our own laboratory. On 1,600 m² in Ulm.
03 – SERVICE
We maintain devices and systems, as long as you use these.
Calibration, repair and maintenance — for our devices and for third-party devices. Safety inspection according to DGUV V3, training according to IPC-A-610. In the event of component obsolescence, we develop the compatible successor.
