Manufacturing

From the creation of production-related data or the verification and use of provided data to the inspection of the finished product, we handle everything in-house. Manufacturing can seamlessly follow on from development, so at ergo: elektronik, you get everything from a single source without any communication barriers.

Construction of a prototype based on your specifications/data sheets
Assembly of a prototype developed by us

Equipment Manufacturing

Assembly and wiring of custom low- and high-voltage power supplies
Design and construction of electronic test systems and specialized equipment/systems
Testing using product-specific test systems

PCB assembly

SMD assembly (all standard package types, from 01005 to µBGA, using state-of-the-art production equipment)
THD assembly (all through-hole components assembled by hand)
Testing using product-specific test systems

Further processing steps

Process-controlled cleaning of your assemblies in an automatic cleaning machine
Encapsulation with one- and two-component casting resins
Various coatings according to customer specifications
Automatic line tester for up to 256 signals

Exam

Visual and functional testing in our in-house laboratory
Development of a custom test plan and test equipment, if desired
