More space for the future
In January 2027, we will be moving into our new premises – with space for modern workplaces and further development.
For over 30 years, we have been developing custom electronic systems for companies from a wide range of industries. Our solutions are used where standard technology is not sufficient and precise engineering is required.
Our customers work in mechanical engineering, semiconductor technology, special plant construction, and satellite communications, among others. Many have been with us for decades, just like numerous employees who have been part of our team for many years.

Our Story
Technological competence doesn't happen overnight. It grows over years – through experience, projects, and continuous development.
Since our founding, ergo:elektronik has developed step by step into a specialized partner for demanding electronics solutions.
Founding ergo: elektronik
The Chartered Engineers Ralph Leier and Michael Maurer found the ergo: elektronik GbR 50 square meters and carry out initial electronics development.
First Expansion
We are expanding our office space to 300 sq m. With five employees We perform analysis, consulting, development, and implementation of analog, digital, and power electronics.
Acquisition and incorporation, ergo: power
The electronic Measuring and Testing System Construction, which originated from the former AEG, ALSTOM, and AREVA divisions in Ulm (AEG team) in the Industriepark West (former AEG tube factory), is being taken over.
Fusion and Relocation
ergo: power and ergo: elektronik merge to form the new ergo: elektronik. Our Number of employees rises to approx. 20, the manufacturing area is now around 1,300m².
Renewable energies
ergo: electronics is a member of the Cluster Electromobility Southwest and Cluster Fuel cell BW. We participate in research projects and independently develop new application possibilities.
Today
With around 25–30 employees ergo: elektronik develops its own projects and further expands strategic collaborations. At the same time, we are investing in the expansion of our internal processes and working on the introduction of standards. DIN EN ISO 9100 and ISO 27001.
Future Development
With our planned move at the end of 2026, we will create on a plot of just under 4,000 m² the spatial and technical foundations for future work. The project stands for growth, technological advancement, and modernization of our working and development environment.
